In 1995, Jungmun Golf Club hosted Johnnie Walker Skins Game Contest, in which World Golf No. 1 Gregory Norman and Vijay Singh joined. Then in Nov. 2004, it served as the host course for New South Korea Golf Tournament, which was the first session ever held in Asia by US PGA Pro Circuit and had 35 world professional golfers and 3 South Korean professional golfers participating in. As a top-class course, all golfers speak highly of it for its top-notch facilities in serving as host course for PGA Pro Circuit.
With 18 holes of 72 par, Jungmun Golf Club is Korea's longest golf course (B.T 6,820m, 7,458YDS), naturally arousing golfers' desire to challenge. The seasonal landscape changes along with time and fog-free climate condition make it quite suitable for golf play all the year round. Particularly, the course in winters is basked in mild and warm climate, even if blizzard can't have any influence on golf shots. Now the club has been transformed into a PDA-level course, for which golfers can enjoy golf fun enhanced by professional golf facilities.
