In the south of Fuerteventura, the main tourist center, lies the golf course Jandia Golf. Challenges of this golf course, opened in 2014, include dry streams, four lakes, and, of course, the wind. The third golf course on Fuerteventura was designed by North American designer Ron Kirby.
