The Shin Arashiyama Course at Tokachi Country Club spans across majestic woodlands with a total of 18 holes. Offering expansive views of the Daisetsuzan Mountain Range and Mount Ken, it's a longer, well-designed course. The course was designed by Nobukatsu Marumo, who has worked on numerous golf courses. Leveraging the natural terrain, the course features thrilling and varied designs throughout. Since its opening, it has been beloved by both local players and those from outside the region. The 6th hole is surrounded by deciduous forests. It's a flat 200-yard, par-3 course, but with bunkers near the green, it presents a challenging hole to aim for. The 16th hole is a 550-yard, par-5 with a left dogleg. Confident players can attempt to clear the trees with their first shot. Even for those playing it safe, with cross bunkers strategically placed from the center of the course, it remains a rewarding hole to conquer.
