This is a historic hilly course located at the junction of mountain and sea, the course is very flat and is the former site of the pre-war Dmitry Airfield. Transplanted pine trees separate each hole, and the fairways are wide and generous, so even beginners can enjoy powerful shots. The sandy greens are undulating, so be careful when putting. The fairways are short but require a great deal of strategy due to the lakes, bunkers and trees in the way. In addition the fine greens not only have firm grass growth but also have a lot of undulation, which requires accurate judgement of the line of the greens, even for high level golfers. Each hole is meticulously cared for and the atmosphere created by the flowers contributes to its reputation. The course caters for both local golfers and visitors from far and wide.
