Naruo Golf Club

A hilly course. This is one of the most prestigious courses in the Kansai region, and although it has hosted many championships, it is a difficult course where you cannot expect to get a good score. Surrounded by lush pine forests, each hole was hand-built, and the natural contours have been preserved. The holes look wide, but the rough is wide and the fairways are narrow. It is difficult to get a good score if you curve your tee shot. There are also shots over valleys and ponds, so it is difficult to land on the green despite the overall distance. The greens are small and have tight grass, and there are deep guard bunkers. It is also a course where approaches and putting can be difficult.
