Mantianxing Ski Resort started construction in August 2005 and was completed and put into operation in January 2006, with a total investment of 17 million yuan. The first phase of the project covers an area of 13 hectares, with three high-level, middle-level and primary ski tracks and a 1,700-square-meter comprehensive ski hall. At the same time, two tow ropeways and one chairlift were built. In addition to skiing, the snow field can also carry out other snow activities such as ski laps and snowmobile rides. The designed reception capacity of the entire ski resort is 1,500 people per day. Since its opening, the ski resort has received more than 50,000 tourists from all over the world.
