Today, BaiGolf is introducing a golf course in Thailand - Wangnoi Prestige Golf Club (formerly known as Wang Noi Prestige G. C.), an 18-hole golf course that opened in 2005.

The course, originally named Wang Noi Prestige, was renamed THE WANGNOI AYUDHAYA in 2021 and has undergone renovations, including the construction of a new clubhouse and improvements to some of the course.

Designed by Mr. Vera Tanakonpakdee, the course is located just 50-60 minutes from the center of Bangkok. With its well-maintained conditions and improvements to its clubhouse, it is expected to become increasingly popular in the future.

Features of the Course

The course features typical flat terrain found in Thailand but is narrow on both sides with many water hazards, requiring precision shots. It is relatively long, presenting a challenge for beginners. Among Thailand's golf courses, this course is recommended for intermediate to advanced players due to its difficulty level.

The course is well-maintained and in excellent condition, with one group accommodating one to six players.

On-Course Experience

Golf carts are allowed on the fairways. The course is flat overall but with elevated greens, numerous bunkers, and lakes.

Scorecard

Ball control is crucial. Even from the white tees, it measures 6400 yards. With its challenging layout, it poses a significant challenge for beginners.

Clubhouse

The clubhouse underwent comprehensive renovations in 2021 and is very classy, with a spectacular large single-leaf wooden door at the entrance.

Locker Rooms

The locker rooms are also quite luxurious, with clean showers providing comfort after a round of golf.

Pro Shop

Restaurant

The previous restaurant was not appealing, and the food was not good. However, since the rebranding to THE WANGNOI AYUDHAYA, the quality has improved. For example, the GAPAO RICE, a very spicy authentic Thai dish, is highly recommended, as well as the Khao Tom Moo, a traditional Thai rice soup often enjoyed for breakfast.

Practice Area

There is only one putting green practice area.

BaiGolf Tips

The golf course has been upgraded and renovated to high standards. Some may be concerned about potential price increases in the future, but currently, the prices remain unchanged, making it a recommended destination due to its high value for money.

The course is challenging, so beginners should proceed with caution.
