Features of the golf course

The Amata Springs course has a large pond in the middle that surrounds each hole.

The course is flat with little undulation, but the obstacles are well laid out.

The course itself is wide, though, and forgiving for those who tend to hit curves easily.

The green is high, so accurate hitting skills are required.

The highlight of the course is the famous 17th hole - the floating island green. Hitting the ball against the wind onto the small floating island is very challenging. After hitting the T-shot, you have to take a boat across the green, which is a very attractive hole.
